Those lists will contain all your games, much like on the Wii. OPL will have three sections concerning loading, one per loading method. ELF file using FMCB and uLoader (you should hold the application on the Memory Card if possible, that way it'll load into the memory quicker than over USB), once you do that, you just select it from there. It really can't get any more simple - you make a "shortcut" to the OpenPS2Loader. It's a last resort option when everything else fails. Go SMB or go bust in my opinion - there's absolutely no reason as to why one should shuffle discs in this day and age. I would load over HDD but that's not an option on the Slim without modding the system heavily, so I'm not even suggesting it to the OP who apparently has a Slim. Most games I play work perfectly fine over SMB though and being able to play my entire collection without having to move my butt off the couch is something I hold very dear. Now, this is of course subjective but so-far there's only one game I ever load over USB and that's "Star Wars Racer: Revenge", and that's only because it fails to work over SMB. Using burnt games grinds the console's laser lens - it's not recommended when there are HDD/SMB alternatives. USB on the other hand is far, far slower than disc loading, causing glitching, low compatibility and terrible streaming issues, especially with FMV's, but also streamed BGM's - it should be used as a last resort. The game itself works at the same speed, so no worries there. Running "a tad faster" is a good thing - it decreases loading times.
